    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, implement, and maintain secure network solutions to mitigate cybersecurity risks.
    • Develop security strategies, policies, and frameworks to enhance organisational security.
    • Install, configure, and manage firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and other security technologies.
    • Conduct penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and security audits to identify and remediate risks.
    • Monitor networks and systems for security breaches, investigate incidents, and coordinate response efforts.
    • Stay updated with the latest security standards, emerging threats, and industry best practices.
    • Implement and enforce security protocols, authentication mechanisms, and encryption techniques.
    • Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security into system architectures and software development processes.
    • Ensure compliance with industry frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and other relevant security regulations.
    • Provide security awareness training and guidance to internal teams.

     

     

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in a cybersecurity engineering role with hands-on security implementation.
    • Strong understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
    • Hands-on experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and other security tools.
    • Expertise in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and security monitoring.
    • Knowledge of encryption protocols, authentication mechanisms, and network security principles.
    • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or OSCP are a plus.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex security issues.
    • Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate effectively with IT, development, and business teams.

    We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.     • Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
