    As Senior Product Manager for Data Governance, you’ll shape how modern enterprises manage, secure, and derive value from their data assets. You’ll lead the development of innovative solutions that make data governance more intuitive, automated, and aligned with business objectives.

    What Will You Do?

    • Own and drive the product vision for Atlan’s governance suite, including enterprise-grade features like granular access controls, SCIM provisioning, custom metadata frameworks, and policy orchestration. Partner with engineering to set technical direction and ensure seamless integration with existing data infrastructure.

    • Build deep relationships with enterprise customers, conducting extensive user research and feedback sessions to validate product decisions. Translate complex governance requirements into intuitive product features that balance security with usability.

    • Lead cross-functional initiatives with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to deliver a cohesive governance experience. Define success metrics, track adoption, and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative data.

    • Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new governance features, including positioning, competitive analysis, and launch planning. Work closely with marketing to articulate technical capabilities to both technical and business audiences.

    What makes You a Match?

    • Proven product management experience, with demonstrable expertise in data governance, security & Privacy, compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA), and enterprise software.

    • Deep understanding of modern data architectures, metadata management, and the challenges of governing distributed data systems at scale. Working knowledge of the modern data stack (Snowflake, Databricks, dbt) is highly desired.

    • Proven ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear product roadmaps and execution plans. Experience working with engineering teams to deliver enterprise-grade features.

    • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making. Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

    • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders. Track record of building strong relationships across technical and business teams.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

    • 5+ years of sales experience as an Account Executive or similar role, preferably in B2B SaaS, with a track record of proving success

    • Demonstrated experience  managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders at Enterprise organizations from start to finish, with a strong ability to uncover customer problems and highlight appropriate solutions

    • Demonstrated succes working within a partner ecosystem, with a strong ability to foster relationships and drive collaborative sales efforts.

    • Proven track record of self-sourcing opportunities at large organizations

    • Experience using Salesforce (or other CRMs), sales automation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and web conferencing tools

    We seek a ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic Enterprise Applications Team. As a critical member of our team, you will manage requirements specific to ServiceNow systems and integrations, ensuring seamless operations within our core application platforms.

    Your Qualifications 

    • High School Diploma or GED is required. A bachelor’s degree (technical degree preferred), ITIL V3/V4 Certifications, and/or ServiceNow Systems Administration Certification preferred. 
    • 8+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and administering SaaS business systems for a software company, with at least 5 years of ServiceNow experience. Strong knowledge and understanding of the ServiceNow platform, eco-system, and best practices.

  • Product Management Leader

    Eventbase is seeking an experienced Product Management Leader to lead the evolution of our industry-leading event technology platform, which powers apps for many of the largest events and brands in the world. You will be a key contributor to Eventbase’s success, both leading our Product Management and Product Design Teams and acting as a member of our Management Team.
