Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team at BloXroute. As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the early stages of the sales funnel. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and promoting BloXroute’s products and services to key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively seek and cultivate new relationships within the Defi/Blockchain segment focusing on Ethereum, BSC, Solana 
  • Engage in daily prospecting initiatives on platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and LinkedIn, with a focus on lead qualification and meeting scheduling
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales team on best practices to move forward
  • Collaborate internally with sales and marketing to ensure seamless handoff of leads
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, potential partnerships and emerging trends in the blockchain space
  • Drive referrals by your exceptional work
  • Maintain and track all records in the CRM
  • Prepare and report to BD lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to prospect new opportunities 
  • Possess a track record of being a top producer in your previous companies
  • Exceptional communication skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of blockchain/Defi technology is required
  • Knowledge using a CRM system
  • Strong desire and ability for growth within a sales organization

$70,000 – $95,000 a year

The estimated base salary range is between $70,000 – $95,000. The listed range above is a guideline and may be modified.
