Onboarding Success Manager

Role Description

The athenaOne Onboarding Success Manager is responsible for successfully leading customers through their athenaOne onboarding experience. The primary goal is to ensure a specific project is completed successfully, on time, and within budget.

• Ensure customers go-live in the agreed upon timeframe
• Meet the required go-live readiness criteria
• Achieve post-live outcomes as soon as possible
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Lead strategy discussions and manage project schedules
• Resolve issues and mitigate risks
• Be the first point of contact for escalations
• Proactively assess customer performance and system usage during the go-live period
• Prioritize competing priorities across an assigned book of business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
• 5+ years of overall professional experience
• 3+ years Project Management experience required
• Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
