The Role
Weâre looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Partner Programs Manager to help build, scale, and optimize our global partner program. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in operational rolesâdeveloping and running enablement programs, managing partner onboarding, and ensuring a seamless experience for partners.
You’ll work cross-functionally to improve processes, tools, and engagement models that help our partners succeed. If you have experience managing and growing a partner program, executing enablement initiatives, and working closely with sales and marketing to drive adoption, weâd love to hear from you!
What Youâll Do:
- Own the execution and management of Telnyxâs global partner program, ensuring smooth onboarding, engagement, and ongoing partner success.
- Develop and run structured enablement programs, including training materials, certification processes, and partner education initiatives.
- Manage partner enrollment, onboarding, and complianceâensuring a seamless experience from sign-up to activation.
- Implement and improve partner benefits and incentives to drive partner growth and retention.
- Track program effectiveness and partner performance, analyzing data to optimize processes and engagement.
- Support sales teams and partners with pricing structures, discounting models, and partner deal registration.
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales Ops to ensure that partners have the resources they need to effectively sell Telnyx products.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Training, Marketing, Partner Sales, Services, and Operations) to ensure the partner program aligns with company goals and runs efficiently.
- Maintain and update Partner Relationship Management (PRM) and CRM tools, ensuring accurate data and smooth workflows.
What Weâre Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in partner programs, channel enablement, or partner operations.
- Hands-on experience building and managing a successful partner program.
- Strong execution skillsâyouâre a doer who takes ownership and gets things done.
- Experience with partner onboarding, enablement, and engagement strategies.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data to drive decisions and optimize program performance.
- Experience working with PRM, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and LMS tools to manage partner relationships.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Great communication skills, able to work across different teams and with external partners.
