Earn equity in the deals you source and build long-term upside as you help us close acquisitions
- Employment Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week)
At Verdira Acquisitions, we specialize in strategic business transitions, helping founders navigate the next chapter with care, expertise, and a long-term vision.
Our focus is on acquiring profitable financial services and e-commerce businesses generating between $1M–$10M in annual revenue, not struggling startups.
We buy established companies with real potential and scale them for long-term success.
Our mission is to unlock new growth opportunities for businesses and their teams while preserving the legacy of the founders we partner with.
- Currently acquiring a healthcare company in New York & aggressively expanding our deal pipeline.
- Fast-growing, high-performance environment with real career growth opportunities.
- Performance-based culture; your success directly impacts your earning potential.
If you need hand-holding, this isn’t for you.
But if you want to move fast, own your work, and get sh*t done, this is your place.
Unique Compensation Model: Earn Equity in Deals You Source
- Competitive Base Pay ($22-$25/hr) + Performance-Based Bonuses
- Top performers will also have the opportunity to earn equity in companies we successfully acquire.
- If you source a company, and we close the acquisition, you earn up to 3% non-voting equity in that company.
- This means you get long-term upside in the businesses you help bring to the table.
- Instead of just getting a salary, you have the chance to also build ownership in real companies.
- Once you reach a set number of deals (e.g., 3-5 closed acquisitions), you can either move to a higher salary or continue earning equity in future deals
